Before the federal government shut for more than a month from the end of September, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) had issued QSO-25-26-NH, outlining updates to the Civil Monetary Penalty Reinvestment Program (CMPRP).

Due to the shutdown, the resources contained in the update and expected in early October were delayed. However, last week, CMS got around to adding the resources to its CMPRP webpage.
