The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has released an updated 2026 Qualified Clinical Data Registry Qualified Posting.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released an updated 2026 Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) Qualified Posting.


The agency said to access the new data, go to the Qualified Payment Program (QPP) Resource Library QPP Resource Library.


CMS also asked that stakeholders submit 2025 Performance Year (PY) Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) data through the QPP website.


“Please complete this short survey Please complete this short survey to help us better understand how participants interact with the MIPS submission process. Your feedback will help improve how submission tools and information are provided in the future and ensure they meet the needs of MIPS participants,” CMS said.
