Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’s (CMS) data submissions are due no later than end of the calendar day on May 18 for the Skilled Nursing Facility Quality Reporting Program (SNF QRP).

The submissions includes Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment data and COVID-19 vaccination coverage for healthcare personnel submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) via the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) for the period of Sept. 1 to Dec. 31 (Q4) of calendar year (CY) 2025.

The annual NHSN Influenza Vaccination among Healthcare Personnel measure data for the 2025-2026 season also must be submitted by the deadline, CMS said.
