For those scratching their heads, the title of the debate refers to the "Thrilla in Manila," the third and final bout between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier, held in 1975 in Quezon City, Philippines, and won by the great Ali in a stellar 14-round boxing match.
No fists flew for the Park Place version, and Manila became Manila-pan, i.e., Manalapan, New Jersey, the home of Zimmet Healthcare Services Group.
