Incite Strategic Partners and SnapCare captured a pair of technology awards for its Incite Workforce Solutions powered by SnapCare. Read the details here.
Incite Strategic Partners and SnapCare said Incite Workforce Solutions powered by SnapCare (IWS) has received two honors at the 2026 McKnight’s Excellence in Technology Awards, earning recognition in:
• Gold – Staff Scheduling and Management
• Silver – KISS (Keep it Super Simple)
IWS entered this year’s awards as a finalist in three categories: Innovator of the Year, Keep It Super Simple (KISS), and Staff Scheduling and Management. The Gold award in Staff Scheduling and Management marks the second consecutive year IWS has won the category.
The collaboration between Incite and SnapCare is featured in a recent video interview conducted by Park Place CEO Mark Parkinson with Incite’s Co-Founder and President Michael Dragone and SnapCare Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Jeff Richards.
Provider Partnership
Incite said at the center of IWS’s recognition is its partnership with Marquis Companies; the senior care provider featured in each of IWS’s three finalist submissions.
“Marquis’ forward-thinking leadership and willingness to challenge traditional workforce models helped demonstrate what is possible when industry vision, innovative technology and disciplined operational execution come together to address some of senior care’s most persistent workforce challenges,” Incite said.
Through its partnership with IWS, Marquis implemented a more centralized workforce operating model across its Oregon facilities, bringing together workforce technology, real-time visibility, predictive scheduling capabilities, streamlined labor coordination, and operational support.
The results included:
• 45 percent reduction in employee callouts
• 39 percent reduction in contract labor headcount
• 32 percent reduction in scheduler administrative time
• 5 percent increase in shift fill rate
• 3–4 percentage-point reduction in RN, LPN, and CNA turnover
• 50 percent reduction in regulatory fines
• More than $868,000 in annualized workforce savings
• Approximately $724,000 in additional annual revenue per facility
Gold and Silver
The Staff Scheduling and Management category recognizes solutions that help senior living and care providers optimize staff scheduling, improve communication, and enhance overall workforce management.
The Keep It Super Simple (KISS) category recognizes simple but effective applications of technology that improve care, services, or operations.
“The most meaningful innovation happens when technology is grounded in the realities providers face every day,” Dragone said. “This recognition reflects the vision of organizations like Marquis that are willing to rethink traditional approaches and work alongside us to build something better. That partnership between provider leadership, workforce expertise and technology is what makes IWS different, and what we believe can help move senior care forward.”
