03:45 Sure, 03:47 you know, 03:47 it can be a number of different things, 03:48 Mark. 03:49 You know, 03:49 in the, 03:50 in the initial discussions with an administrator or, 03:53 you know, 03:53 an operator who's going to make this kind of a decision, 03:56 we go through extensive discovery. 03:58 To really understand the pain points of the facility or the organization at large, 04:03 and once we do that we have a lot we can offer in a variety of different ways. 04:08 Um, 04:08 most common is really the focus on care 04:12 to the extent that we can come in and deal with workforce solutions 04:16 with regulatory compliance 04:18 with all the things that go along with managing line staff and. 04:21 In 04:21 both dining and housekeeping operations, 04:23 we take that on so that the operators can do what they do best. 04:26 They can focus on the residents in the in the rooms and all the clinical stuff. 04:29 That's right. 04:30 I mean, 04:30 another reason I imagine, 04:32 I mean, 04:32 Stacey and I, 04:33 we could never get our food right, 04:35 and we did in resident surveys extensively, 04:38 and we could just never keep our residents happy on food, 04:40 but that's another area where obviously you guys 04:42 have a lot of expertise and experience. 04:44 We do, 04:45 we do. 04:45 You know, 04:45 our core dining program again is we work with the 04:49 The facility management and the and the operator operating management 04:53 to really make sure the dining offerings are in line 04:55 with what they are seeking to provide for the residents. 04:58 But in addition to that, 04:59 we're the largest employer of registered dietitians in the United States 05:04 across all industries. 05:05 So RRDs are really a critical component of that service delivery 05:10 on the dining side and that. 05:12 You know that goes along with that that really fosters resident satisfaction, 05:16 but it plays a huge role in compliance. 05:19 Um we partner up with the facility management 05:21 to make sure we're in line with the CMS regulations and our 05:24 our RDs are critical to that. 05:26 Well, 05:26 that makes a lot of sense because when the survey teams come in there 05:29 are a lot of compliance issues that relate to dietary and you guys, 05:32 you manage that for the, 05:33 for the building, 05:33 I assume that's correct, 05:35 yeah, 05:35 um, 05:36 across the entire spectrum of the dietary. 05:39 You, 05:39 you know, 05:40 um, 05:40 service provision, 05:41 we're, 05:41 we're involved. 05:43 How big does an operator need to be? 05:44 Do you have to be a big organization to, 05:46 to use health care services group, 05:48 or what's, 05:48 what's the right size for you? 05:50 You know, 05:51 based, 05:51 based purely on the composition of our client base, 05:54 you know, 05:54 I'm I'm confident when I say we can make it work in any facility, 05:58 um, 05:58 whether it's an independently owned and operated building or 06:01 a building that's part of a 600, 06:03 um, 06:04 facility chain, 06:05 we have clients across the spectrum. 06:07 Um, 06:07 it just so happens that our largest group 06:10 of facilities right now are independently operated facilities. 06:13 So, 06:14 you know, 06:14 in those, 06:14 in those facilities we bring 06:16 the resources of a large operation to bear. 06:19 And then with the bigger client groups, 06:20 you know, 06:20 we bring a true partner 06:22 where we can kind of match their networks. 06:25 And provide partnership across every level of 06:28 the spectrum of their 06:30 provision of services. 06:31 I mean, 06:31 I think the important thing for folks to know is even 06:33 if they have one building or 2 buildings or 3 buildings, 06:37 you can come in and really give them the expertise that typically 06:39 you'd have to have a whole bunch of buildings to have. 06:42 That's exactly right. 06:42 That's a great service. 06:43 Well, 06:44 we look forward to 06:45 continuing this partnership with Healthcare Services Group. 06:48 I know you guys are going to be. 06:49 Be a thought partner of ours on a lot of labor issues. 06:53 We're really looking forward to that. 06:54 And Pat, 06:54 thanks again for coming into the studio. 06:56 It's our pleasure, 06:57 Mark. 06:57 Thank you for having me. 06:58 You bet. 06:58 And 06:59 again, 06:59 I just can't tell you how excited we are 07:01 that Healthcare Services Group is a part of this. 07:03 They've been a big part of the solutions for the sector for a long time, 07:07 and going forward, 07:07 I think we're going to have a great relationship with them. 07:10 Thank you for watching this segment and thank 07:12 you for your continued support of Park Place. 07:15 Oh my God, 07:16 if you're still watching this, 07:17 this means that you watched the end of a very long video on Park Place. 07:22 I'm not sure what that means. 07:23 It says something 07:24 about you or maybe there was just nothing else to watch today, 07:27 or 07:28 maybe your priorities are a little bit off, 07:30 but whatever it is, 07:31 we really appreciate your support and 07:33 if you wanna continue to follow us, 07:35 follow us on LinkedIn and our various social media sites. 07:38 And, 07:39 you know, 07:40 try to find something else to do.
